How strong is the coil?

We reverse coil every cable we made. This step is to increase the tightness and better keep the shape of the coil. We do not recommend to apply heavy pulling force to the coil as it might damage the coil permanently. The coil of our cables is better served as an aesthetic purpose.

We are offering a new type of cable core that can create a stronger, longer lasting, and more durable coil. This cable material can be applied to all of our coiled products.

What does "coil direction" mean?

Coil direction is the direction which you would want your cable leads to.

For a right sided cable, this may happen if you force it to the left side:

What is a double sleeving?

Double sleeving is sleeving the cable with another layer of PET made cable sleeve. This sleeve is threaded which allows color from underneath to pass through. It elevates the finish quality and strengthens the coil of our cables.

Below are examples of how different double sleevings (Black, Carbon (Black & Clear Braided), White, Clear, and Blue) affect the finish of a cable:

How are the detachable connectors wired?

We wire the detachable connectors as shown below:

1: Ground (Black)
2: D+ (Green)
3: D- (White)
4: VBUS (Red)

Please note that different cable vendors may wire their detachable connectors differently. We do not recommend mixing and matching cables from different vendors. Doing so may result in damage to devices!!

How are the extra costs of add-ons calculated?

All add-ons in the drop-down menus of product pages are stated in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). These extra costs would be converted to the supported currencies once you added the product to your cart.

Do I need to register an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a visitor, but registered users can enjoy a better experience when shopping. If you have already registered, there is no need to re-enter your personal information every time during the checkout process. You may also check order statuses and order records by checking out with a registered account.

When will my order be available?

We make every cable specific to your needs. Your order will begin production after the order is confirmed. Production time may vary from one to three weeks based on the number of orders awaiting to fulfill.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the natural of our products, refunds are only available within 48 hours after the order is confirmed. After that, all sales are final and there will be no refund or returns.

Will I be notified when my order is ready?

Yes, we will notify you using the e-mail address associated with your order.

What if the items arrived with damages and issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
